WHAT IS INBOUND CLOSER ALL ABOUT?

Inbound Closer is a course that is designed to help you make money as a telemarketer.

What is telemarketing?

According to Wikipedia, org, "telemarketing also known as inside sales, is a method of direct marketing in which a salesperson solicits prospective customers to buy products or services,  either over the phone or through a face to face confrontation."

Let's take a look at the Inbound Closer sales page.

A CLOSER LOOK AT THE INBOUND CLOSER SALES VIDEO

When you arrive at the official Inbound Closer website, there is a short intro to what the course is about. To learn more though, you would have to register your e-mail, in order to watch their 21-minute long video presentation.

After having watched the sales video, I was convinced at times that Inbound Closer is a scam.

It's started off like most scammy sales videos where they paint the scenario of you stuck in a miserable 9-5, with an unappreciative boss breathing down your throat, and you looking for a way out, but you seem to always hit a dead end. (by the way, you can't fast-forward your way through the video, you have to watch it all the way through)

And opportunities like dropshipping, affiliate marketing, coaching, consulting, real-estate, though are limitless, are very hard....

Inbound Closer review all other options are tough

Hence an easier solution to making money. One where all you really need is a phone and a 6-page pdf.

I do NOT agree with a statement in the video that you need "a big vault of cash.'' to start any of these businesses. The truth is that you can start affiliate marketing on a shoestring budget. And I recommend you check out this affiliate marketing training platform for beginners.

Ironically, Inbound Closer is NOT that cheap to buy. I will show you in a moment just how much the entire package costs.

As you watch further into the video, they make it sound like this high-in-demand skill will have no shortage of prospects.

Inbound closer is misleading in their sales video

and that they will be knocking on your door "desperate to hand you giant commission checks of $980 or more."

As I said, it all appeared scammy to me, but then I learned some interesting things about the owner as well as the program itself.

Let me share that with you next.

WHO IS THE FOUNDER OF INBOUND CLOSER?

I learned that Taylor Welch is the founder of The Sales Mentor. The Sales Mentor is the company that markets Inbound Closer. In addition, he is the founder of two other companies namely Traffic And Funnels and WealthCap Holdings.

Who is the founder of Inbound Closer

And the other positive is that the Sales Mentor scored 4.6 out of five stars on Trustpilot. 95% of the reviews were excellent and 5% were average.

The sales mentor or the inbound closer is a not a scam

Now let's take a look at what the course is all about.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT INBOUND CLOSER

Lots of positive reviews.

The course has owner transparency.

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT INBOUND CLOSER

The sales page is misleading

Expensive upsells

Not a passive income opportunity

IS INBOUND CLOSER LEGIT OR IS IT A SCAM?

I do not think that Inbound Closer is a scam. It does have a real owner, and folks are showing results with using the program.

As for the field of telemarketing, it's a pretty decent area to get into. Take a look at the interest over time from Google trends.

Google trends shows that telemarketing is trending

And should you decide to buy the course, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

But the main question is, 'is Inbound Closer for You?"

I believe that learning telemarketing is a skill that will not come overnight. If you are new to the world of sales and marketing, then you may need to give it longer than just the 21-days.

As far as their support is concerned, the main channel is via their private community FaceBook group. I would have liked to see them implement other support channels such as a forum with a live chat feature.

Another question is to ask yourself if you are that sort of person who will enjoy picking up the phone and talking to customers.

And finally, I believe that the $97 is just a start. You may have to spend more money(like $400 more and some change). Is this within your budget?

Bottom Line: If you are willing to give the time to learn the skill. If you see yourself as one talking on the phone on regular basis. And if you are ready to invest a fair amount of money, then perhaps you can give Inbound Closer a go!

INBOUND CLOSER VS AFFILIATE MARKETING - YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH

The common link between Inbound Closer and Affiliate marketing is that you are the middle man. You are bringing two parties together, namely the buyer and the seller.

As a closer, you would need to speak to the client and show them and talk them through the value of the product or service. They need to see the benefits.

That means that you would need to be physically active. The reward can be sealing a high-ticket commission.

Then with affiliate marketing, it's different. You get to choose the niche or topic for your business.

You can have a website that will showcase your niche. You have flexibility in terms of choosing various products to promote. There are affiliate programs available for any niche.

Check out the best medical supply affiliate programs if you are interested in starting a blog, or best party supply affiliate programs if you want to start a party blog.

But the main difference is that with a website presence you do not have to be physically in contact with your client. You have the added benefit of reaching a worldwide audience.

  1. Its a breath of fresh air when I come across products like this that have some merit because there aren’t many of them about.

It is often difficult to even find reviews about this type of product but seeing that Trustpilot rates them @ 95% is a good thing.

The price tag of $500 doesn’t seem so bad if there aren’t any other hidden costs.

Can you tell me if this price of $500 is a one-off payment?

    Thank you for sharing

  2. Hey there. Thank you a lot for this review, I really enjoyed reading it. You provided us with some important info about the author and the program itself( Honestly, I haven’t had a clue, that telemarketing is selling their services through affiliate marketing as well). The program looks fine, even with the downside of the upsells. What I miss is deeper training. On the other hand, the training you showed looks to be the exact thing, people searching for a place to start earning a passive income. It looks like a great choice, thank you for your advice.

  3. BEWARE!! The Inbound Closer is a HUGE SCAM!!! I paid for the course and once I was in the group some creepy guy from the inbound closer messaged me and tried to sell me on a $6000 package. He paused for like 10 minutes during the call out of nowhere and It got really awkward for him when I didn’t respond.. so when he started talking again I let him know I wasn’t interested because, after all , THEY AREN’T SELLING ANYTHING! After that I wasn’t allowed back into the group even though I had been working individually with people among the community, long story short I think they were quite “butt-hurt”. They are getting over on people by selling them Information about the very commonly known “closer” position which is no-secret at all. You can join any number of sales companies and become promoted to a closer or you can simply join a sales company on commission or even with a based salary as a Closer and you don’t need the program at all because you’ll get all the training you need with the company FOR FREE and yes, they will even pay you to learn.
Which is what they don’t tell people.
They get over on the younger demographic because they lack the elementary understanding of very basic business structures.

    HUGE SCAM GUYS.
