WHO ARE THE FOUNDERS OF LIFEVANTAGE?

Darren Jensen is the president and CEO of Lifevantage. He has more than 26 years of experience and has founded 2 other MLM companies, one of them being Jeunesse Global.

Who is the founder of Lifevantage

He was named one of Utah’s Business Magazines 40 Under Forty honorees in 2009. With his experience, he launched aggressive growth strategies in 64 countries which lead to delivering $500 million in sales within the first five years.

Lifevantage came into operation back in May 2015. In that year it was the best performing stock in Utah. And in 2016 Lifevantage was recognized as the 6th fastest growing company.

Lifevantage operates on a direct selling model. That means that it depends on its members to drive product sales rather than selling them through conventional methods and without the huge advertising budgets.

The company operates in most parts of the world.

Speaking of the products, let us take a look and see what it’s all about.

HOW DOES THE LIFEVANTAGE PRODUCTS REALLY WORK?

Unfortunately at the time of writing this review, the official Lifevantage website could not load any info on their product lines.

However, I have learned that some of the main Lifevantage product lines are developed and backed by a science called Nutrigenomics.

This is simply studying the effects of nutrients and natural compounds on our genes. As such the company believes that their products support the body’s natural function by targeting the main biochemical effects of aging. They also believe that the products help with issues such as combating oxidative stress and natural mitochondrial deterioration and supporting cognitive function.

For instance one of their flagship products is the Lifevantage Protandium Tri-Synergizer.

Apparently the synergizers target the biochemical pathways known to support healthy aging and increase healthspan.

The Protandin NAN-Synergizer is a multivitamin preparation that consists of Niacin, Copper and other ingredients. It is marketed as a product that offers these following benefits,

  • Supports healthy longevity

  • Boosts mental focus and concentration

  • Supports positive mood and motivation

  • Supports a healthy vascular system

DO LIFEVANTAGE PRODUCTS REALLY WORK?

I think that this is always a tricky question to answer. It really does depend on your body’s reaction to the active ingredients.

It might work for you and might not work for me.

For instance, one user who bought the Lifevantage Protandim claimed that they had a reaction to the product.

Taken from the BBB website

The Lifevantage Complaint revolved around her having a bad reaction after having used the product. The customer does not go into very much detail about her experience though.

The company puts the standard ‘FDA-disclaimer,’ on their products stating that none of their lines are endorsed by the FDA. Furthermore, if you are currently taking any chronic medication, Lifevantage advises you to seek professional advice before using their products.

HOW MUCH DO LIFEVANTAGE PRODUCTS COSTS?

Because of the fact that their storefront was not loading, it was hard to determine what the actual cost of Lifevantage products are.

However, it was interesting to note that Lifevantage products can be purchased from 3rd party sellers such as eBay and Amazon.

One can purchase the Lifevantage Protandim Tri-Synergizer for $105.95 per bottle.

And at Amazon one can buy the Lifevantage AXIO, a brain performance product for $55.95.

THE LIFEVANTAGE COMPENSATION- HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH THE LIFEVANTAGE MLM BUSINESS

The Lifevantage corporation is a publicly-traded NASDAQ Direct Sales/Network Marketing company with a Multi-Level Marketing compensation plan.

As such, they provide an opportunity for individuals to earn an extra income by selling qualified products to customers.

As a Lifevantage distributor, you can earn based upon sales of products that you personally make, as well as sales from those within your downline.

To get started as a Lifevantage distributor, you would need to purchase a starter kit. The cheapest kits are $50.

How to get started with Lifevantage

They have much more pricer Lifevantage Business Starter kits that go up to $1,250.

The Lifevantage Distributor Starter Kits are expensive

The cool part is that as a Lifevantage customer and distributor, you are not obligated to ordering products through an ongoing subscription program.

There are 6 different ways in which Lifevantage distributors can make money with the company.

  • Retail Sales Profit

  • Smart Start Bonus

  • Launch Bonus

  • Unilevel Commissions

  • Generational matching bonus

  • Global Elite Bonus pool

The Retail-Sales profit is earned when you sell products for a retail profit. Your profit is determined by the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price.

The Smart Start Bonus is paid to a qualified distributor on products purchased by the distributor’s personally enrolled customers/distributors during the first calendar month of their enrollment.

This bonus is worked out on 40% of the PV(Personal Volume) of the products that are purchased.

The rest of the compensation plan is based on how successful a member builds his or her team and how well the team performs in terms of product sales.

As you grow your team you ascend to various ranks within the company.

Each rank level has their own requirement for a monthly PV(Personal Volume) target. In addition, your commissions are calculated on a binary leg structure with each rank having a certain combined PV leg requirement.

To be honest, I found the compensation plan a bit complicated to understand. However, if you want to know more, the official website does have a complete breakdown.

IS LIFEVANTAGE A SCAM? MY PERSONAL OPINION

Is Lifevantage a pyramid scheme? In my personal opinion, I do not think that Lifevantage is a scam or that it is a pyramid scheme.

Can you make money with Lifevantage?

If you are considering joining this company to make money, consider these two issues.

ISSUE ONE : Selling Products May Not Be That Easy

You can concentrate your efforts on just selling the products. They offer good profit margins. The problem here is that Lifevantage products are not as exclusive as it should be.

As you have seen, one can purchase them from eBay and Amazon. This can hamper your business.

ISSUE TWO: Can You Be That 1%?

If you want to achieve those luxury incentives or bigger paychecks, then you would need to focus your efforts on recruiting. You need to build your downline.

I am glad that Lifevantage are upfront and put their Income Disclosure Report for 2019.

Lifevantage Income Disclosure for 2019

You can clearly see that the majority of the distributors (67.51%) took home average monthly commissions of $7.

Only around 2.09% took home $1.496. And a minute percentage came home with the bigger paychecks.

This tells you that whilst it is possible to make money with network marketing, it is tough.

At the end of the day, your success depends on how ambitious and motivated your team members are. We are all different and may have different levels of sales experience. It is a challenge to build a strong team.

If these two issues do not bother you, then perhaps you can give Lifevantage a go.

EARN A PASSIVE INCOME WITHOUT RECRUITING

If recruiting is not your thing, and you are not fond of selling products, then do not despair. You can still earn a passive income online.

You can do it without having any experience. You do not need to cold-call anyone. You just need an interest or hobby, or something that you would enjoy talking about.

This is the very same method that I have used to build a passive income online. When I started I had a full-time job. So this method afforded me the flexibility, to work from home during my free time.

It would be my pleasure to help you to get started within the world of online business. Let me show you how you can create a passive income online. Click here to get started.

Thanks so much for joining me on this Lifevantage review.

I hope that it has helped you out.

Have you tried network marketing before?

What was your experience like?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards and Take Care
