Welcome to my WriteAppReviews review. Would you like to make some extra cash from testing apps? It sounds pretty fun, right? We use our mobile phones on a daily basis, so why not use them to make some money? is one such site that claims it can help you to make money just by testing apps. Is WriteAppReviews legit?

I bought this Clickbank product. Not all Clickbank products are the best of  quality.quality. Can you really make money with this product or is WriteAppreviews a scam? Let me show you what is really going on here so that you can make an informed decision.

Feel free to check out my NR.1 recommendation for starting your very own online business.

WriteAppReviews is a Clickbank product. Unfortunately, there is no information as to who the real owners are.

The only other information that I could find was that the official website was registered recently, this year on the 25th Feb 2020.

WriteAppReviews was registered this year

WriteAppReviews is a paid membership program where apparently you get paid for testing apps.

According to the sales page, there is no limit as to how many apps you can test. They state that part of your job is to give feedback to the developers on ways to improve their apps.

What is all about

And you would get paid on a weekly basis. They pay via Payoneer, mailed check, or by direct deposit.

According to their sales page, there are two main benefits of being a member of WriteAppReviews.

BENEFIT NUMBER ONE: You get to review Apps

You test apps and post your reviews within the membership area. In return, you get paid for these reviews.

BENEFIT NUMBER TWO: You are an automatic affiliate for WriteAppReviews

As a member, you get a done-for-you affiliate website and you can earn an income whenever someone visits your site.

How exactly does their affiliate marketing website work? What products will they be marketing for you? How will the site gain traffic or visitors?

Unfortunately, none of these questions were answered on the sales page.

This means that one has no choice but to buy the actual product to find out more.

The usual price for Writeappreviews is $97. Initially, there is a discount of $27.But if you are patient enough they might even offer you a further downsell of $17.

I managed to pick it up at $17. Take a look at my proof of purchase below.

Writeappreviews my proof of payment

It's time to see what WriteAppreviews is really all about.

Upon purchasing this product,I was greeted with the following welcome message.

this is the welcome message

Before accessing the member's area, I was met with a series of upsells and downsells.

The first was an upsell called the Express PASS VIP area.

Writeappreviews has an upsell of $97

Apparently,  with this upsell, you get access to the best app review jobs, as compared to standard members. Your profile is also given priority and headed up the queue and in view by the top app developers.

They go on to state that these VIP-members can make $12,000 more than standard members.

And whilst that sounds all exciting and tempting I wanted to first see what was really on offer within the membership area.

So I declined this upsell.

A quick note: after declining this upsell of $97, they then brought the price down to $67 to tempt me.

Upon declining this $67 I was met with yet another offer. This time it was a membership to the other two sites namely, PayingSocialMediaJobs and PaidOnlineWritingJobs. Both for $57 which was downselled to $37

The third upsell of writeappreviews

I wrote a review on PayingSocialMediaJobs.

(By the way, I refused all of these offers.)

And now it's time to show you what the member's area is all about.

From my understanding of the initial sales page, I thought that as a member I were to simply test the apps and give my feedback to the app developer, and then I would get paid. End of story.

This is far from the truth.

There certainly is no way to contact any owner or give any feedback to them.

This is how it really works..............

>>You are given a pre-built WordPress website with very limited features.

>>They have a slideshow showing you the various apps. You need to choose one of the apps.

>>You then have to physically download this app to your mobile device. After having tested the app, you need to come back to this semi-functional WordPress website and write a review post.

>>The idea is to write a review upon review and hopefully wait for your site to get ranked organically with Google. Only then when people visit your store, can you make money.

How exactly will you make the money? What is that you will be really selling?

Hint: you will not be making any money from your app reviews.

Let me show you the truth in the next section.

Let's say that someone does manage to find your app-review website, how do you make the money?

As I said it's NOT going to be with the app reviews.

They propose three ways to turn your potential visitors into conversions or sales.

How to make money with Writeappreviews method one

METHOD ONE : Using Banner ADS

The first method is when someone clicks on the banner ads of your website. These banner ads will take your reader to either Clickbank or Jvzoo.

What are Clickbank and Jvzoo?

They are marketplaces that sell a range of digital products. You are required to sign-up as an affiliate for these two marketplaces.

So when someone clicks on these banner ads, they would be clicking on your affiliate link. And should they buy the product from any of these merchants, you would earn a commission.

The second method is very similar to the first one.

How to make money with writeappreviews method two

METHOD TWO : Visitors click on the "download app" button

The only difference is that the pathway to your affiliate link is via the "download app button"

A visitor will click on this button.

An ad would show up, and only if your reader clicks on the ad and buys the product, do you get the commission.

The third method is via e-mail marketing.

METHOD THREE : Visitors Sign-up To A FREE Offer

On the very same page, as the other two options, (the banner ad and download app button), there is a place for the reader to get a "free e-book"

They call this a lead magnet.

Your reader will be prompted to give an e-mail address in order to get the book. The owners of writeappreviews will collect the e-mail address to their database.

They then e-mail these leads or subscribers with offers using your link, and if they buy, you get a commission.

That in a nutshell is how Writeappreviews works.

Now, let me share with you some potential flaws that I see using this system.

They are not teaching you the key fundamentals of getting your content ranked.

In the internet world, they call this technique SEO.

How to make money selling music online

SEO or search engine optimization is the best way to get your content favored by Google and ultimately ranked within the top spots.

This is how you get FREE and ORGANIC traffic or visitors to your website.

Some SEO methods include how to do proper keyword research when writing your app reviews. Or how to include internal and external links into your content. Or how to optimize your images. These are just some of the key things that you as an affiliate marketer need to know.

By the way, I learned how to do affiliate marketing the proper way using this affiliate marketing training platform.

Perhaps this training might be included in the upsells, but in the basic membership, there is no training on how to get your brand in front of your target audience.

No training at all on how to use any of the main social media channels, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram.

FLAW THREE: The E-mail Subscriber List Is Not YOURS

Anyone who opt-in's to the free book ultimately becomes a subscriber on the owner's list.

You have no way to contact them or build any relationship with them to promote future offers.

And you will ever know whether or not the owners of this list will actually promote your affiliate link.

FLAW FOUR: Limited to Only ONE Affiliate Link

You are taught to add only one affiliate link to your site.

You have no freedom to promote a product that you like.

You cannot even choose your own niche or topic for your online business.

FLAW FIVE: Limited WEBSITE Features

The website has limited capabilities and prevents you from putting an about me page, or privacy page, or even a simple affiliate disclaimer.

Not user-friendly and not good for user experience.

People will not just buy from a site that they do not trust.

FLAW FIVE: You Are Not in Control Over Choosing The Hosting Company

You are not made aware of the quality of the website hosting.

Cheap hosting services can make your site vulnerable to downtimes, malware attacks. There is also no guarantee that all of your hard work of writing content will be backed up and kept safe.

You need to make sure that you have the best hosting for your WordPress website.

So,is writeappreviews a scam?

Before I give you my verdict, let's take a look at the pros and cons of this business opportunity.

You are introduced to a lucrative business model. Affiliate marketing is a $6.5 billion dollar industry.

No real owner to stand responsible for this product.

No real testimonials.

No SEO training.

No marketing training.

Limited to promoting Clickbank and Jvzoo products.

No website-building training and no freedom to personally customize the website.

No privacy. Unable to change login passwords.

No support forum or community help.

Huge upsells

There are two positive things about this product. The first is that it's a Clickbank product and you are covered by a money-back guarantee.

The second positive is that you are introduced to a thriving business model called affiliate marketing. However, I believe that they are not teaching you the complete method for launching a successful affiliate marketing business.

You are given a pre-built WordPress website with limited features. They are not showing you the essential SEO techniques to successfully getting your content ranked on Google and other search engines.

If you are a newbie, you are not shown step-by-step on how to build a website that will have a solid foundation.

And to make it even more difficult you will not be learning how to use social media to market your content.

You also have no control over what you promote. It will either be a Clickbank or a Jvzoo product and since you cannot choose the product you could be selling a mediocre product.

Doing so would do cause more harm to your online reputation than good.

BOTTOM LINE: WriteAppReviews is misleading in their marketing. They will have one to believe that it's easy to make money by doing app reviews. This is not true. They will have you believe that you will be in contact with app developers, which also is not the case.
They have no real data to back-up that their training has actually worked.

I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

You can start affiliate marketing without needing any previous experience. I joined a teaching platform that showed me how to do it.

True affiliate marketing allows you the freedom to choose your niche or topic. It can be your hobby or passion.

Here are additional benefits that this business model can offer you.

Benefits of Affiliate Marketing :

  • You DO NOT need any experience to get started
  • You can WORK FROM ANYWHERE in the world
  • You DO NOT have to speak to anyone
  • You DO NOT have to have your own product
  • You DO NOT have to do any recruiting or cold calling

I think the most important benefit, is that it allows you the opportunity to build a passive income business. In other words, you can and will get to the point of not having to trade your precious time for money.

By this I mean have your business eventually work for you.

Since you have come this far, I would like to extend an invitation to help you to build your own affiliate marketing business.

  1. I like the overall idea behind the program , although I don’t really understand if a product is on ClickBank how is that the information on the Owner is unavailable. It is nice that there is a free 7 day trial but after that I think that the price is a little bit too high.

    • Many products on that marketplace do not have any owner credentials.

And by the way, the trial is not 7-days, you have a 60 day-money back guarantee.

  2. This is quite another interesting platform that i will love to try when less busy base on the levity from this platform You can start affiliate marketing without needing any previous experience and also that i would to know if  whenever your Ad is click on and product is bought, do you also gets commission for that? nice one thanks for sharing

  3. This is very another fascinating stage that I will very much want to give when less bustling base a shot the levity from this stage You can begin partner showcasing without requiring any past experience and furthermore that I would to know whether at whatever point your Ad is click on and item is purchased, do you additionally gets commission for that? pleasant one a debt of gratitude is in order for sharing

  4. That’s a seriously misleading offer. With all the upsells I’m not surprised, but thanks to your excellent review of a reviews site that offers reviews (wow) I now know that this is one to stay clear of.

I found that if anything sounds too easy and offers a lot of money, it’s going to be bad. Stick to Wealthy Affiliate and you will be fine.
